Health is wealth

People who have live up till the age of 100 are incredible and I am not exactly sure how they did it. There some effort that needs to put in so we are able to lead a healthier life. Some of the hazards need to be remove in our lifestyle. Here is the list of 15 common actions that will affect our health tremendously.

  1. Sleep in after 12. (Insufficient of rest)
  2. Skip Breakfast. (the most important meal of the day)
  3. Facing the computer/laptop screen for more than 10 hours. (lethargic in the eyes)
  4. Turning on your mobile phone for 24 hours. (emission of radiation)
  5. Smoking. (inhaling toxic into the lungs, heart and brain: affecting the flow of oxygen and blood circulation)
  6. Irregular body check-up. (Unknown illness and terminal diseases)
  7. Excessive Alcohol, sugar and salt.
  8. Spending too much time indoor. (don’t be a bookworm, a game addict or a drama addict- get your butt out of the chair and go outside!)
  9. Bad communication skills between people. (social problems causes stress and frustration on conflicts and friction)
  10. Lack of self-training/motivation. (stop looking forward to a fulfilling life)
  11. Late night work shift. (going against the biological sleeping pattern)
  12. Does not remove make-up before sleeping. (Accumulation of toxic in the skin)
  13. Midnight snacks before going to bed. (Indigestion)
  14. Removing fruits and vegetables from diet. (Fiber and vitamins insufficiency)
  15. Do not Exercise (should be minimum twice a week).
